The following services are provided via Control's Force cloud. The data is exported from the ERP system directly to the cloud for processing. The results are sent to the enterprise. Real-Time notification is directly emailed to the business associates.

A/P Detective™

This service works with historical data in order to reconstruct and detect the existing money leaks problems and provide a quick summary.

A/P Data Analyzer™

This service provides the A/P staff with a complete and detailed report of the all exceptions. Additionally, access to Alert Resolution Manager (ARM) provides a unique perspective of each supplier deal. Using the ARM, users can quickly identify root causes for any exceptions, correct, remedy and recover. Screen shot of ARM provided below.

A/P Watchdog™

This service is unleashed to continue A/P protection in Real-Time. No supplier deal is missed, and 100% of all invoices and payments are checked before approval or payment is complete. Any chance for user error, system error, fraud or cyber attack is eliminated. The watchdog will send instant notification to the enterprise.
